Nikki works part-time as the assistant to the office manager. She started in this role in February 2025 and enjoys helping Angela with a variety of administrative tasks. She primarily works from home, but comes into the office a couple times a week for meetings and such. 

In 2012, Nikki moved to Searcy from South Dakota, to attend Harding University. Two years later she married her husband, Kevin, who works as the General Superintendent for Wagner General Contractors. While in school, Nikki worked at Harding as the Testing Lab Specialist, and decided to stay home full time after the birth of their first child. For about 5 years after that, she owned a small business selling custom decorated sugar cookies and became widely known as "the cookie lady!" Now, her days are spent at home raising 3 kids, who keep her very busy! 

Nikki enjoys baking, gardening, country living, and the warm summer sunshine. She and Kevin love being in a small town, and love being a part of this wonderful Cloverdale family.
