CHRIS & ANGELA LOWE
Chris has served as an Elder at Cloverdale since 2010 and has been on staff as Elder Administrator since 2017. His role involves facilitating elders’ meeting agendas and minutes, following up with actions from elders’ decisions, and representing the elders in regular minister/staff meetings.
Chris graduated from Harding University in 1983 with a BBA in Information Technology.
Chris has a background in Information Technology, working 33 years for AT&T, Alltel, and IBM, primarily in the areas of IT outsourcing services delivery and risk management. He retired in 2016.
Chris and his wife Angela have been married since 1987 and have six grown children and a growing list of grandchildren.
Chris enjoys time with family as well as hiking and home improvement projects. He and Angela also love serving with Sojourners. In addition to the role he plays at Cloverdale, Chris has been blessed with opportunities to be involved in mission and ministry in several countries around the world (Cameroon, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Guatemala, Costa Rica).
Lesser-Known Facts
Chris played basketball for Harding and Angela played Frisbee on the front lawn...mostly when she was supposed to be in class!
Mission Work
Chris has been to Cameroon several times. Chris and Angela have done mission work in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.
